The very bright and well equipped apartment has high ceilings and is located on the first floor of a four-storey building with a nice balcony. The loft bed can be reached via a narrow wooden staircase. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely refurbished. There is a large closet. The entire building underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2007 with new windows and new exterior. An extentable sofa can be comfortably used as a pull-out sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) for up to three adults. The main train station and the city can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The city theatre, the concert hall and the university of Freiburg are located just in striking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants in Freiburg invite you to go out. There is a family-run bakery with a small cafe opposite the house, and a supermarket located just nearby. There are several parking garages with low daily rates available. Daily rates for residents of the apartment are available at 10 EUR/ day. If requested you can get sent information about the parking guidance system of the city of Freiburg.
